Bobatoto Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using bobatoto's services. By accessing or registering an account, you agree to be bound by all the provisions stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on the bobatoto platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the bobatoto platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and bobatoto as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The bobatoto platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the required age criteria and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the bobatoto platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your account details current should any changes occur. bobatoto reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time through appropriate supporting documents.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Any activity that occurs under your account is deemed to be your own. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify the bobatoto support team immediately.
3. User Responsibilities and Usage Rules
Bobatoto platform users agree to use this service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform without written authorisation.
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system manipulation.
- Sharing, transferring, or allowing another party to use your account.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner contrary to the intended purpose of those promotions.
- Disrupting or interfering with the normal operation of the bobatoto platform or the experience of other users.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure without compensation, as well as legal action where applicable.
4. Payment Information and Transactions
All financial transactions on the bobatoto platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via supported local payment methods, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and domestic bank transfers.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the name registered on their bobatoto account matches the name of the bank account holder used for transactions. Name mismatches may result in delays or rejection during transaction processing.
Bobatoto reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals or transactions exceeding certain thresholds. This is a standard security measure to protect user funds from unauthorised activity.
Bobatoto is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect payment information provided by the user. Please ensure all bank account details are accurate before submitting a withdrawal request.
5. Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
Bobatoto reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Confirmation that the user provided false or misleading information during registration.
- Activity suspected of involving fraud, system manipulation, or a breach of these terms.
- Unauthorised use of the account by third parties.
- Repeated violations of the platform's usage rules.
- A formal request from the relevant authorities.
If an account is closed due to a breach, any funds remaining in the account may be held pending investigation. Users who believe their account closure was unjust may submit an appeal to the bobatoto support team via official email within 30 days of the closure date.
6. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and General Provisions
Limitation of Liability
The bobatoto platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, interruptions, or data loss. To the extent permitted by law, bobatoto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the bobatoto platform — including logos, text, graphic designs, user interfaces, and software code — is the exclusive property of bobatoto or its respective licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from bobatoto.

The bobatoto platform may contain links or references to third-party services. bobatoto is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms
Bobatoto reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through mutual discussion between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Malaysia.
